Rob Connellan – After completing a Bachelor of Business Management Degree in 1999 started as a trainee factory manager for one of Melbourne’s first and oldest Blind and Awning businesses. Since then Rob has been working in the blind and sunshades industry across Australia and around the world. Having held senior roles in the UK, Continental Europe and every major city in Australia Rob can offer a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Tracy Connellan – After also completing a Bachelor of Business Management Degree in 1999, where Rob and Tracy met, she entered the corporate world working for Orica Chemnet in various roles within Planning Management. For a number of years Tracy also worked for Pacific Brands, The Tontine Group as a Planning Manager before joining Rob at Blind Effects as the General Manager. She now ensures the business is run with the highest of professionalism and standards.
